It enables the operator to fully manage dial-up access and email account provisioning, end-user billing, maintenance, and all key elements of a Virtual Internet Service Provider (VISP) business. SMS also provides affiliate tracking, access number lists, network status,
real-time call center statistics, and support utilities, trouble reporting, dialer and portal control, and more.
Internet Dialer ™ is our proprietary dialer system, and provides organizations with a branded dialer for distribution to their end-users. The dialer has many features making it a desirable addition to the products they offer. While minimizing churn by eliminating technical support issues often associated with end-user configuration, they have a content delivery system to communicate with their subscribers in real-time. This feature-rich application also provides means for signing up their subscribers. This product is fully integrated into our back-end systems to give you real-time reporting and other useful functions such as, seamless migration to and from Network vendors,
real-time phonebook updates and transparent application upgrades.
Portal Platform. Our portal is the retail Internet access offering to our customers. It is a private label brand our customers use when they wish to leverage their existing channels without interfering with their current brand strategy. Our portal is also an
